We'd greatly appreciate, if you'd purchase your next watch from us at Jaztime.com. Tentatively taking a look at this Tudor Black Bay 41 S&G, meaning steel and gold. Reference number 79543, this one with a black dial and a bracelet. All right, I'll be taking you, I'll be discussing rather, the case, the dial, the bezel, crown functions, the movement, and this bracelet; and I'll be giving my thoughts on these throughout this video. So starting off with this case, as it's in the name, Black Bay 41, 41 millimeters from finger to thumb from two o'clock to eight o'clock or from ten to four, same distance, same diameter, same 41 millimeters. Then a full, stainless steel case construction, high polish along the sides, can't see it under these stickers, unfortunately, but you can see the set and brush finishing on the front of this case as evident on these lugs here, tapering down to the integrated bracelet. All right, same on the top side toward the 12 o'clock you have a very nice, good, and very comfortable satin brush finish on there. Sitting on the front of this case, you have a yellow gold, equally sand brushed finish on there as well. It gives it a very sort of, not really, muted, but sort of a distinctive subtle look. It's kind of a nice warm glow to this dial, and certainly the dial is quite special, because it does sort of combine a bit of the best of the Rolex Submariner or GMT-Master II, with an Oyster Perpetual because here fully symmetrical the 12 o'clock being a large triangle, stick markers for three, six, and nine hours, and dot markers for the rest of the hours. Black dial, sort of a, almost like a lacquered finish there. Not really matte or even sunray, it's just a flat black, with gold trim, sort of for the minute track there. It gives a very nice, interesting accent, right? And when it comes to the functions here, setting the time quite easily, especially with that minute track. So if your watches that dead stop like this one is, just unwind the crown at the three o'clock position, and just turn it clockwise. Doing so charges the mainspring barrel, which then allows the seconds hand to move, and by extension the minute, and the hour hands, right? There's no date here. So you can just set it to whatever time is local and it will be working just fine. Once you start feeling the damping starting to ramp up after about 20 to 30 full winds of the watch, that's when you know you can stop winding. All right, pull the crown out to the only other position to set the time here. It actually stops that seconds hand giving you that hacking function. So you can then set the minute hand and place it precisely wherever it needs to go. Based on the position of that seconds hand. Once you have it nicely synchronized up to an atomic clock, press the crown back in and screw back tightly against the case to ensure the water resistance, which is down to a hundred meters or 500 feet, 150 meters, sorry, or 500 feet below sea level. It feels very good, man. You can go swimming with this, no problem. So, it gets you that sportiness with the sort of clean, overall look, of say, an Oyster Perpetual from Rolex. Now, zooming out here, if we've taken a look at the movement, there's not much information on it. It is a Caliber T600. I believe it's an outsourced movement, but you know, I would trust Tudor to know that they're sourcing their movements properly, and you know, certainly they have that guarantee backed by them. Five-year transferrable guarantee. So all good there. Also the power reserve goes up to about 38 hours. So that means that you can set this down every other day. For example, you know, just wear it Monday, Wednesday, Friday; or Tuesday and Thursday. If you have another wash that you can cycle around with, no problem. And, certainly with the stainless steel construction, you still do have that added sense of security and the sturdiness of that steel. Now taking a look at the framing of this watch you do have the bracelet, models is the bracelet. And it's very interestingly, a Jubilee style bracelet, five-piece links across, the outer two links being set in brushed finished steel, links within those are set in brush finished yellow gold, whith the innermost link being a high polish steel, back to steel, but high polished. So, interesting look from Tudor there, to give it a very interesting stripe down the center, set of stripes, rather. Alright, gentle taper down to the safety folding clasp, just simply lift from the bottom to where you see the Tudor wordmark logo. Alright? And I can just pull it open nice and easy, makes it a very easy open. So you have the full stainless steel construction for this clasp. While I'm here, can actually try it on, give you my thoughts as to how it wears on my wrist. Seven inches in circumference, and well, to no one's surprise, if you've seen my videos before, quite a chunker, 41 millimeters, this is kind of exceeding what I would personally wear. I personally prefer 36 millimeters, no larger than 40 millimeters, but 41 certainly fits that sort of criteria that if I'm going for something like risk presence, and certainly with the black and gold look here, the black coming to the forefront as it's being the main event on the style really, really makes it super elegant. Very, very nice and classy as well. All right, take you to look at it down the wrist here. Little bit of space under the lugs. No problem, because you know, plenty of venting, not a bad thing. And thanks to these links with very, very, low tolerance to solo, that I can basically say virtually no tolerance, means that these links will not pinch your skin, will not pull out hairs from your wrist, and it just feels incredibly soft and supple on the wrist. It feels great on the outside. It's even better on the inside. You should try one on some time. All right. And again, looking at it straight on, the gold trim, sort of, the gold bezel here, gives a very nice warm glow around sort of this dark and black dial, and sort of pulls you in, very nicely, and elegantly I must say as well. And also one more thing. If you turn out the lights, very, very, bright luminescence applied onto these hour marks. So it's very easy to see. It's actually clipping my highlights on my monitoring here I'm checking. Yep. It's incredibly, incredibly bright. It doesn't last too long. Not quite as long as the Chromalight features of Rolex watches, but it has a certain sensibility of it because it does have the luminescence on the seconds hand as well. So you have the precision required in any lighting situation, honestly. All right. Enough of what I think. What do you guys think about this launch?
