IWC INGENIEUR WATCHES

Originally designed as a watch suitable for scientists, the IWC Ingenieur collection was introduced in 1955 and is characterised by its durability. Indeed, Ingenieur watches are noted for their shock resistance capabilities, ability to withstand temperature changes, water resistance and anti-magnetic properties, along with their precision. Visually, Ingenieur models are identifiable by their large cases, which range from 40mm to 46mm. Furthermore, many of the modern Ingenieur watches feature some of IWC's most advanced complications, with examples including a perpetual calendar function and a split-seconds function, allowing two things to be timed at once.
