Rolex Datejust 41 126333-WHTSO White Index Yellow Gold Stainless Steel Oyster - Brand New

Hey guys, this is Kevin from JazTime.com. JazTime.com is an online store that buys, sells, trades authentic luxury watches. We make these videos so our customers can easily choose the best watch for themselves in the comfort of their own home. We offer the lowest prices anywhere online, and if you want to know the price of the watch, simply click on the links in the description below. If you enjoy our videos, we would greatly appreciate if you buy a watch from JazTime.com once in a while. Alright, so today we're going to be doing a review on the Rolex Datejust 41. This is the model number 126333. We'll be going over the dial, bezel, case, crown, bracelet, clasp, and we'll talk about the movement towards the end of the video. Alright, so starting right with the dial. In this particular version of the Dayjust 41, we have the white dial, of course with index hour markers fashioned 18 karat white gold to prevent any tarnishing. The hour markers themselves are luminous along with the tips of the hands. The hour and the minute hand, they are luminous for up to 8 hours with a high legible Chromalight display with a long-lasting blue light luminescence. So that means that you have easy readability during the day and also during the night as well as it will have a nice blue glow in the dark feature for the index hour markers, and once again the hour and minute hand. Of course we have the typical Dayjust architecture with the crown logo at the 12 o'clock position, that's noticeable on all Dayjust watches. Also with the date window at the three o'clock position with a cyclops lens on top of that sapphire crystal for magnification, easier viewing of that date. Now if you're not particularly liking this white dial, good news for you, there are also different dial configurations for the Dayjust watch, as it is a dressier type of watch. And the other dial styles you can get it in are in the silver dial, champagne, or black dial. Also, a special roman numerals instead of the index hour markers with a slate dial. And of course, you also have the ability to upgrade to diamond hour markers as well, and that's only available in this champagne or silver dials. So the white is nice, simplistic, but if you're not feeling that simplicity, you can jump all the way up to diamond hour markers with a nice Sundust champagne dial. But I personally prefer the white dial, as you can see, very simplistic and very beautiful with the gold accents from the hour markers. And as we move on to the bezel, works very nicely with the framing of that nice 18 karat fluted gold bezel. You can see it captures the light very nicely as I tilt it around, you can see it sort of shimmer around. That really helps border that white dial and really boosts it up a bit, along with the high-polish on the case lugs as well. As you can see from the top of the case, the case lugs, and then the bottom of the case lugs, they're nicely high-polished as well. And that's typical of dressier watches. As we move on to the case now, the case is a 41 millimeter case size. So from the index finger to my thumb here, that's 41 millimeters in diameter. And from the side profile, actually doesn't have too large of a profile. Typically from the newer updated, this was back in 2017 of so, when they switched over from the Dayjust two to the Dayjust 41s, they actually slimmed down the profile of the watch. So that you can see that the side of the case is much more slim, and also the bezel is slim as well. We actually do have that comparison on our YouTube channel, you can see the differences in the case sizing if you want to get into specifics of that. But overall, slimmed down case, so it fits very nice on the wrist, fits under suit coats, dress coats, very nicely. We're gonna go ahead and move on to crown now. The crown here is located at three o'clock position, unwinds counterclockwise as shown. In its standard position is where you can wind the watch. About 15 to 20 winds is all you need to get it started from a dead stop. Pulling crown into the next position will allow you to adjust the date instantaneously as shown just by going clockwise, very easy to do. And then pulling crown out to the final position will stop the seconds hand and allow you to adjust the hands bidirectionally. And you can set the time down to the exact seconds because it is stopping the seconds hand, and you can set it to such things as an atomic clock online. You can set it down to the exact seconds. Pressing the crown back in will start that seconds hand once more. And always make sure to screw the crown in nice and tight in against the case cause you want to keep the water resistance at 100 meters or 330 feet. Moving on to the bracelet now. Bracelet is the oyster style bracelet. This is a three piece link style bracelet from Rolex. And it has a nice sand finish on the outer three piece links with a nice high-polish of 18 karat yellow gold straight down the center. As you can see, that pattern carries throughout the whole watch. You can see on the clasp as well, and on the other side of their bracelet as well. Of course, if you're not interested in the oyster style bracelet, as the oyster style bracelet is more a sort of a sportier style bracelet, you can also get the Jubilee style bracelet, which is a five piece link bracelet. And that'll have more of a dressier look overall to it. But some do prefer the oyster style bracelet. Okay, so moving on to the clasp now. Clasp, simple folding oyster clasp, opens up as so, revealing these nicely high-polish clasp blades with the Rolex name embossed on there, on that nice high-polish. And that's how it looks opened up. And once again, closed, you can see the nice curvature, of course on the clasp blade to fit underneath the wrist very comfortably. And moving on to the movement now. So the movement is housed in this oyster style case backing. The movement itself isn't upgraded movement. It is the 3235 movement, in-house made by Rolex, is a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement. The upgrade to the movement has been a few different things from the caliber 3135, which was the previous model movement, Which is the movement of the sports pieces such as Submariner, Deepseas, or Sea-Dwellers. And those are tried and tested movement for over 10, 20 plus years, and it was a very reliable movement. But now we've moved on to 3235 movement, which kinda follow suits with the Day-Date movement of the 3255. And what they added is, not only does it still have the paramagnetic blue Parachrom hair spring, it also has the Paraflex shock absorbers, which Rolex claims absorbs 50% more shocks than the industry standard shock absorbers. And the Chronenergy escapement. The Chronenergy escapement is a nickel-phosphorus skeletonized escapement wheel. The skeletonization helps with the reduction of inertia to keep precise time, and also the nickel-phosphorus works with that Paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring in order to add more additional magnetic resistance. And of course with all these updates, the power reserve actually becomes more efficient as well. Previously, we had a 48 hour power reserve, now we're looking at a 70 hour power reserve. Meaning you can put this watch down on a Friday evening, pick it back up on a Monday afternoon, it'll be keeping time just fine. Alright, so let me actually go ahead and show you this watch on my wrist now. So we're gonna go and open up with that folding oyster. Alright, so there's the watch on the wrist. You can see very beautiful white dial. Like I said, the gold accents really, really help with the look of that dial, nice high-polishes throughout the whole watch. So if you're looking for a watch to sort of stand out, you can really see how this watch stands out without having a sort of overflowing dial. So you don't really need those diamonds, but if you really want to, you can upgrade to those diamonds. But it just looks gorgeous by itself.
