The Gondolo collection, with its instantly-recognisable abstract case shapes, was created to appeal to the edgier side of Patek Philippe's... conservative clientèle. The new 5124G-011 model has a 40mm rectangular case, features a 25-21 calibre manually-wound movement and has a small seconds sub-dial, while the 5098R-001 model is aesthetically inspired by the 1925 Chronometro Gondolo and stands out with its 18K rose gold case materials. Moreover, the new "8 Days" model has an eight-day power reserve indicator and displays the day and date, as well as the time.
